Day of State Flag and Emblem in Belarus

A solemn event dedicated to the Day of the National Emblem of the Republic of Belarus and the State Flag of the Republic of Belarus was held at the Order of Victory Monument in Vitebsk on 10 May. It was attended by government members, veterans and representatives of the labor collectives, public organizations, and educational institutions. The flag is raised by participant of the Great Patriotic War Alexei Zakharov, Commander of the Anti-Aircraft Missile and Artillery Division of the 103rd Mobile Brigade Dmitry Kshisinsky and Chairman of the Vitebsk Youth Chamber Yevgeny Stodolnik
